Professional Biography |
Milton
R.Gleit (B.A., New York University '58, Phi Beta Kappa;
J.D., Harvard University '61) is counsel to the firm practicing
in the areas of general securities and corporate law, including
the representation of underwriters, issuers, and broker-dealers
in public and private offerings of securities, arbitration
of securities and commercial matters, and the general business
representation of commercial clients.
Mr. Gleit brings his extensive experience to the firm in
corporate, securities, finance, leasing, and banking practice.
He and his
wife, Marjorie, an educator, reside
in White Plains, New York.
