- was selected as the “Leading Matrimonial Attorney” and received the “Above the Bar" award on April 29, 2010 in White Plains, New York.
- lectured on April 12, 2010 on "Matrimonial Law" in White Plains, New York for the New Directions Program at Pace University School of Law.
- was interviewed on March 31, 2010 by the web-based organization, Suite 101.Com, about Collaborative Law issues. Kathleen, a founding member of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Rockland/Westchester, explained in the the interview that the goal of Collaborative Law is to satisfy the interests of both spouses in the divorce process and "work together to focus on interests as opposed to positions." Kathleen explained further that, through the collaborative process, attorneys and their clients agree to reveal all information while dealing with each other "with respect, integrity and courtesy." - was elected President of the Westchester Women's Bar Association (June, 2010). In her remarks at WWBA's annual banquet, in which WWBA celebrated its 35th Anniversary, Dolores spoke of the proud traditions of WWBA in assisting women in many different ways. She also spoke of the need to encourage more men to join WWBA. Dolores had this to say: “We began 35 years ago as a bar association of women who were concerned about issues concerning women and children. Now, I am proud to say, we are no longer an association of women. We are proud of the 67 men who have joined our ranks . . . . One of my goals as President will be to encourage and further develop the active participation of men in our bar association. I invite every male attorney in Westchester – if you have a wife, a mother, a sister or a daughter – if you love women, join us and help make a difference in their lives!” See WWBA’s site for a full description of Dolores’ comments and for more information about WWBA. During Dolores' term as President, this site will report on her important work for WWBA and women in Westchester County.

- was part of a panel presentation on a program entitled, "The Fundamentals of Financing Real Estate Transactions" at Pace University School of Law on March 4, 2010 in White Plains, New York.

- Bob was in Brazil meeting with one of the firm's charitable organization clients, and went to Brasilia to meet with the law firm of Brito & Sukiennik, Brazilian correspondent counsel to the firm (March, 2010).

- was featured in a "Practitioner Profile" in the April, 2010 newsletter of Pace University School of Law. The article also spoke of Kristen's involvement with Judge Miller on the Post-Miller Commission for Change. "Since June 2007, Kristen has also served as a representative on the Post-Miller Commission for Change. As a representative, Kristen attends monthly meetings and participates in forums to develop best practices and effect reform in the matrimonial and family law systems in an effort to reduce trauma, delay and cost to parties, children and families." Kristen is a member of our Matrimonial and Family Law group (4/10).

- was a coursebook author on "Ethics for Trusts and Estates Lawyers", as part of a program offered in Chicago, Illinois on May 14, 2010 through May 15, 2010 by the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, entitled, "Maintaining Rational Relations: Advising the Family, the Fiduciary, and the Drafter." Frank's coursebook materials were used at this program by numerous Surrogates as part of their presentation on different ethical and court-mediation topics. - will be a state-wide moderator of a program entitled "Everything you Wanted to Know about Representing a Political Candidate (. . . but was afraid to ask)" for the New York State Bar Association. The program will be offered in six locations (Albany [6/22/10], Buffalo [6/23/10], Manhattan [6/24/10], Long Island [6/23/10], Syracuse [6/24/10] and Westchester [6/18/10]).
- will be a state-wide moderator of a program entitled "Estate Planning after Divorce" for the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. The program will be offered in seven locations (Albany [6/20/10], Buffalo [5/20/10], Manhattan [6/9/10], Long Island [5/26/10], Rochester [6/9/10], Syracuse [5/6/10] and Westchester [5/7/10]).
