Anastazia Sienty is a member of our Trusts & Estates, Charitable Gift Planning, Exempt Organizations, Taxation and Surrogate's Court Litigation groups. She is involved in different aspects of trusts and estates work, including estate planning and estate and trust administration.
While in law school at Pace, Anastazia interned at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, the Dutchess County Attorney's Office, and the Dutchess County Supreme Court with the Honorable Christine A. Sproat. During her third year of law school, Anastazia interned in the Trusts and Estates Department at Morris & McVeigh LLP; and acted as a student attorney at Pace’s Disabilities Rights/Health Law Clinic, assisting disabled and elderly clients and their families in matters involving 17-A Guardianships, supplemental needs trusts, estate planning, medicaid planning and special education.
Anastasia was a member of the Pace Law Review (Associate Member 20014-2015, Senior Member 2015-2016), where she authored, Email Service in New York State (Pace Law Review, Vol. 36, Issue 3 (Spring, 2016)).
