Dina is a member of the firm's Appellate Practice, Business Litigation and Surrogate’s Court Litigation groups. Since joining McCarthy Fingar, Dina has been involved in the preparation of various appellate briefs as well as all aspects of civil litigation. While in law school at Pace University School of Law, Dina served as a summer clerk to the Hon. Robert A. Spolzino, a Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department. During her third year of law school at Pace, she was a student attorney at the Pace's Securities Arbitration Clinic (now called the Investor Rights Clinic), representing investors in securities arbitration disputes.
