Dina M. Aversano

Professional Profile

Dina M. Aversano is a member of the firm's Appellate Practice, Business Litigation and Surrogate’s Court Litigation groups. Dina is involved in all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals. While in law school at Pace University School of Law, Dina served as a summer clerk to the Hon. Robert A. Spolzino, a former Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department.  During her third year of law school, she acted as a student attorney at Pace’s Securities Arbitration Clinic (now called the Investor Rights Clinic), representing investors in securities arbitration disputes with broker-dealers.
