| Peter has extensive experience and involvement
in significant intellectual property law matters and comprehensive
representation of banking and commercial interests. During
the course of 25 years of practice Peter has helped organize startup companies and has ably counseled,
represented, advocated and defended significant individual
and corporate clients.
In the intellectual property law area Peter has been involved
with patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and
trade secrets. Peter has wide experience in prosecuting the
registration of patents, trademarks and copyrights (together
with searching), providing opinions and working with clients
on strategic planning, financing and licensing issues. Peter
is also an experienced litigator on all types of intellectual
property disputes and had advocated for clients in Federal
and state courts. In the banking area Peter has advised significant
foreign and domestic banking institutions in connection with
lending, securitization, contractual relations, structured
finance, real estate issues and compliance issues. Peter has
also been involved in litigation affecting substantial interests
in connection with complex commercial disputes as well as
lending and banking activities in the Federal and state courts.
Peter’s admissions to the bars of the States of New
York, New Jersey and Maryland have expanded his ability to
represent clients’ multi-state needs. Peter has also
had extensive involvement in real estate matters, including
significant commercial leasing transactions both on the landlord
and tenant sides. An advocate of creativity in the law, Peter
strives to use new and innovative solutions to assure that
clients’ complex interests are fully protected. |

to the broad spectrum of intellectual property interests
