Rob is a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation group, and his areas of practice include construction, employment, real estate and general business litigation. Rob ‘s experience also includes commercial mortgage and mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions, and he has lectured before the New York State Bar Association on this topic.
Rob also serves as an arbitrator on a pro bono basis for the Small and Commercial Parts of the City of White Plains Court, Westchester County. |
