As co-chair of the Trusts and Estates group and chair of the Surrogate’s Court Litigation group, Frank is also a noted Surrogate’s Court practitioner and has been involved in significant litigated trust and estate matters in the Surrogate’s Court in Westchester County and throughout the region. He and other lawyers at the firm represent fiduciaries (executors, trustees and guardians) and actual or prospective beneficiaries of estates and trusts in a variety of contested proceedings, including, but not limited to, Will and Trust Contests; Property Turnover Proceedings; Fiduciary Removal Proceedings; Contested Accountings; Spousal Rights Proceedings; Kinship Proceedings; and Will or Trust Construction Proceedings.

Frank is also a frequent lecturer before many community and professional groups on the subject of estate planning and other issues.
