  • Advice and negotiations regarding prospective settlements of contested matters, including counseling the client on tax consequences of any settlement, for which our Tax lawyers are available to offer assistance.
  • Through coordination within our firm we work to ensure that our client’s other legal needs are met, which could include assistance from our Trusts & Estates attorneys.
