We are especially sensitive to striking the correct balance between financial and emotional issues affecting our clients and their families.

What We Do

From litigation to nonlitigation services, our Matrimonial and Family Law lawyers provivde a full range of services, including, but not limited to, the following:

Advice on and preparation of Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
Preparation of all documents incident to the commencement of an action for divorce, child custody, child relocation and related matters.
Trial and Appellate work as to any contested matters.
Advice and negotiations regarding prospective settlements of contested matters, including counseling the client on tax consequences of any settlement, for which the attorneys in our Taxation group are available to offer assistance.
Through coordination within our firm we work to ensure that our client’s other legal needs are met, which could include assistance from our Trusts and Estates attorneys.
