  • O’Shell v. O’Shell,54 A.D.3d 914 (2d Dep’t 2008). The Appellate Division, Second Department, affirmed a lower court order which excluded attorney Joel Aurnou’s client’s $1.4 million annuity from a matrimonial settlement dictated on the record in open court that included his pension.
