Frank W. Streng, who chairs our Surrogate’s Court Litigation group, was part of a panel discussion on January 14, 2013 at the 2013 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Film Festival. The Festival was sponsored by the Larchmont Mamaroneck Human Rights Committee. Frank, who has extensive experience on voting rights issues and has been a moderator on CLE programs on Election Law, spoke about election law issues in Westchester County and in the Hudson Valley Region.
