McCarthy Fingar’s Mediation & Arbitration Practice Group provides skilled mediators to help clients resolve their controversies. Our well-rounded team, all of whom are attorneys, consists of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience.

Gail M. Boggio, who concentrates in Trusts and Estates and Guardianship work, bring her more than 20 years experience in helping parties resolve their differences without a trial. Gail is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts. Prior to becoming an attorney, Gail worked at national and regional accounting firms, where her practice areas included SEC reporting, banking, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.

Kristen Mackay Pennessi concentrates her practice helping clients who are involved in matrimonial and family disputes. Kristen has been involved in all aspects of negotiations, settlements and trials on actions or proceedings for divorce, child custody (including child relocation disputes), pendente lite applications, downward modifications, divorces involving business assets, and related matters. In addition, Kristen is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pace Law School.
